Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 2026
This policy explains how Jason Swan, operating under his personal brand JS Privé (“Jason”, “we”), handles personal information you share through this website, in line with the UK GDPR and EU GDPR.
Information collected
Information you provide directly — your name, email address, phone number (where you choose to give it) and the details of your enquiry — when you submit a form, register for a webinar, ask a question on an article, or book a consultation. The site uses Google Analytics to understand, in aggregate, how visitors find and use it; this sets Google Analytics cookies. No advertising trackers are used.
How it is used
Your information is used to respond to your enquiry, deliver what you have requested (such as webinar access details), and — only with your agreement — introduce you to relevant regulated partners. Your data is never sold.
Sharing and processors
Where you ask for an application to progress, relevant details may be shared with the regulated fund, tax and legal partners involved. The website itself relies on a small number of service providers who process data on our behalf: Netlify (website hosting and form handling), Calendly (consultation scheduling), Google Analytics (aggregate usage statistics) and Google Workspace (email). Where you ask to progress an application, relevant details are shared with the regulated partners involved — only for that purpose.
Embedded content
Some pages embed third-party content — YouTube videos, a Spotify player and the Calendly scheduler. These services may set their own cookies when you interact with them, under their own privacy policies. No content on this site sets advertising cookies.
Your rights
- Access the personal data held about you
- Ask for it to be corrected or deleted
- Object to or restrict certain processing
- Withdraw consent to communications at any time
Retention
Information is kept only as long as necessary for the purposes above or as required by law.
